Product Description
The QuadCore™ KSD1000/1100CS Coldstore Panel is engineered for applications in temperature-controlled and hygienic environments, including food processing, freezer storage, pharmaceutical facilities, cold/chill storage and cleanrooms.
This panel is powered by Kingspan's Quadcore Insulation
Core.
Application
The panel is well-suited for internal wall and ceiling applications, including specialised concepts like the “Box-in-a-Box” approach.
The panel offers versatility for both vertical and horizontal
installation, meticulously engineered to accommodate
temperature conditions spanning from -70°C to ambient
environments.

Panel Joints
The panel joints with tongue and groove edge geometry offer optimal thermal insulation. One edge of the panel protrudes as the ‘tongue’ while the opposite has a recessed ‘groove’.
When joined, they interlock tightly, ensuring temperature
consistency and structural stability. This design minimizes the
need for excess sealants, making installation efficient.
