The Cana H features a heated plate reaching up to 75°C, a radiator system, and a sleek straight front glass with lift-up access. The Bain-Marie version includes a heated water system up to 90°C with supply and drain functions. Both models offer aluminum profiles, stainless steel (inox) exposition shelves, worktops, inner glass ventilation, electronic control panels, glass curtains, and white LED lighting. Designed without side panels and built to be multiplexable, they ensure efficient operation and attractive presentation in busy retail and food service environments.
