The Cogita H / Bain-Marie counters offer modern, efficient solutions for hot food display, ideal for food service operations in the UAE market. Designed for flexibility, they allow various configurations within a single system, maximizing product exposure in compact spaces. The Cogita H features a heating plate reaching up to 75°C, while the Bain-Marie version heats water up to 90°C with supply and drain options. Both models include a hinged straight front glass, aluminum profiles, stainless steel (inox) exposition shelf and worktop, inner glass ventilation, glass curtains, electronic control panel, white LED lighting, and inox bumpers. With a sleek, side-free design and multiplexing capability, they ensure excellent functionality and presentation in any retail environment.
