The Nixo H / Bain-Marie counters are modern hot display units designed to keep meals warm and visually appealing—perfect for food service businesses in the UAE market. The Nixo H version features a heating plate with a surface temperature of up to 75°C, while the Bain-Marie model offers water heating up to 90°C with supply and drain options. Both models include a straight front glass with a lift-up system, aluminum profiles, stainless steel (inox) exposition shelf and worktop, white LED lighting, inner glass ventilation, glass curtains, and an electronic control panel. With PCV bumpers, no side panels, and multiplexing capability, the Nixo line ensures efficient operation and a clean, professional presentation for hot food displays.
